In the name of Allah, I am the One who is

Meaning: I begin in the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing in the heavens or the earth can harm. And He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.

Virtue: It is narrated in the Hadith Sharif that whoever recites the above supplication three times in the morning and evening, Allah Almighty will protect him from all calamities in heaven and earth. Sunan Abu Dawud: 5088.
